C4ISR. SYSTEMS INTEGRATION. BATTLE LAB
Access, Accelerate, and Scale Innovation with TactIQL.

TactIQL (Tactical Intelligence Labs) is a C4ISR-focused systems integration battle lab. It is designed to enable private companies to develop and integrate custom applications or plug-ins into a simulated – or digital twin – unclassified environment emulating a land-centric tactical network.

TactIQL is designed as a neutral platform wherein the Government, Defence Industry, OEMs/SMEs, and academia can cooperate, collaborate, and coordinate to solve hard problems and create complimentary value.
OUR GOAL
The goal is to attract best-of-breed talent and technology to solve prioritized challenges, thereby strengthening the Defence eco-system and enabling it to keep pace with the rapid evolution of technology to mitigate new threats, stay ahead of potential adversaries, and meet evolving needs.
OUR OBJECTIVES
Mitigating systems integration risk to accelerate access to commercial technologies for the Government of Canada (GC), allies & partners, Prime Contractors, and System Integrators.
Facilitating increased collaboration between OEMs, SMEs, Prime Contractors, System Integrators, and the Canadian Military.
Enabling private sector-operated trials and evaluations and other experimental activities in support of the GC, allied and partner nations individually, or as a collective.
Establishing a mechanism for the GC, allies and partners, Prime Contractors, and System Integrators to leverage the private sector to develop custom applications or plug-ins.
